Basic requirements
The basic conditions required to apply for the program:
- No criminal record
- Have proof of funds for investment

- Making investment within the specified timeframe
- Investments must be maintained for at least 5 years
Real Estate Investment Fund managed by SPRINT
SPRINT ASSET Hungária Zrt manages the SPRINT Real Estate Development and Investment Fund. The Fund was approved by the Hungarian Audit Authority on August 15, 2024.
A prerequisite for attaining the Hungarian Guest Investor Residence Permit is making a minimum investment of EUR 250,000 into the SPRINT Real Estate Development and Investment Fund.
An investment certificate will be issued as proof of investment, and this proof of investment is necessary during the guest investor residence permit application procedures. The investment must be held for a minimum of five years in order to maintain the residence permit.
